About the Author: Richard Anderson
Richard Anderson is a retired bioanalyst Clinical Laboratory Director with 40 years experience in hospital and reference laboratories as Administrative or Technical Director.
He is a Scientist and Humanist with a strong interest in the future of our species.
Richard is the author of two books; one nonfiction book "The Evolution of Life: Big Bang to Space Colonies". The other is a fictional extension of the "Evolution of Life", "Outbound: Islands in the Void". He is urrently writing a third book as the second in the "Outbound" series.
He attended San Jose State University and received a BA in Microbiology with a minor in Biochemistry.
This was followed by a Masters Degree in Microbiology.
Richard subsequently passed board examinations for California Bioanalyst License.
Living with his wife and family in the greater San Francisco Bay Area, he has raised 3 children and currently celebrates 4 grandchildren.
Since retiring, Richard has traveled widely with his wife as he continues to write.
